Honest and considerate. Ken called to talk through everything, to give me information so I could make an informed decision that fit within my budget. He also let me know that I could watch for the following and if I saw anything, heard anything, to bring it back so we could dig deeper. Another repair shop wanted $800 to get my car to pass Smog. I went to Milt’s to get a second opinion. They suggested what to do and it worked. I saved $800. They did the final Smog check. I am very happy with the wonderful experience.

Another shop suggested repairs of $800 for my 2010 Accord to pass SMOG. I took it to Milt’s for a second opinion. They did a quick diagnostic, and told me what to do, drive car for 20 minutes at 57 MPH. Returned following day, diagnostic was cleared. SMOG passed. I love these guys.
