As always excellent service!

I just moved to the area from the peninsula.. I own an X5, which are prone to particular issues expensive repairs, as well as very difficult diagnostic issues that require very specific experience. In my one experience, the crew at Milts demonstrated skill, and competence, and wound up discovering several issues that were related very simple to maintain issues, one of which was under warranty. The entire service was under $70. When driving a BMW, sadly, you accept that the cost of repairs is much higher than other vehicles. Milts is one of the best repair shops I have ever been to, honest, competent and most importantly they were not trying to influence me to make decisions to benefit them. Gold standard in automotive repair. Thanks guys.

Needed a brake inspection for a slight vibration, Milt’s found it was not in need of repair and not a safety issue. Only charged me for the inspection. Very cool.

As always, the service I received at Milt's was excellent. I take my car to Milt's because the service is beyond excellent: a;ways technically exacting, timely, prices are fair, and they are honest to the point of advising me when to not use their services. And my car comes home cleaner than when I dropped it off.

Milts front office staff (worked with Tom)was excellent. I finally found a local shop to work on my bwm other than the dealer. My car was tolled in by AAA due to starter dying out and after the service needed light came on a week earlier. Tom did a excellent job explaining what need to be done and the cost. They had the car done and ready earlier than quoted. The cost was much less than what it would been if it done at the dealer. I will be a returning customer since it will need schedule service maintenance. I rate them 5 stars or A+++++.
