Once my car was fixed Tom explained in detail and with pictures about the parts changed, and what my car needed. He was very friendly, professional and went out of his way to explain the warranty for me. Hands down, best service I have received and highly recommend it!

Even though Milts couldn't help with my specific problem, they were very helpful and referred me to a welder who could fix the issue.

I just moved to the area from the peninsula.. I own an X5, which are prone to particular issues expensive repairs, as well as very difficult diagnostic issues that require very specific experience. In my one experience, the crew at Milts demonstrated skill, and competence, and wound up discovering several issues that were related very simple to maintain issues, one of which was under warranty. The entire service was under $70. When driving a BMW, sadly, you accept that the cost of repairs is much higher than other vehicles. Milts is one of the best repair shops I have ever been to, honest, competent and most importantly they were not trying to influence me to make decisions to benefit them. Gold standard in automotive repair. Thanks guys.
