Excellent customer service!!! I took my car to Milt’s for an oil change….they not only took care of the oil change they inspected it, rotated the tires and found I had an axel seal leak!! They assisted me with the information I needed to get that cared for under my warranty…they could have easily fixed it and charged me $200, because I’m a 66 year old woman who didn’t have a clue…but instead they had me call the dealer to check to see if it was still under warranty ( which it was and the repair is free) now that’s what I call great customer service!!! If you need honest, fair, friendly care repair look no further!!! Great job team Milt’s!!!

These guys are great!! They were able to squeeze a PPI from a local dealer in on short notice and conducted it thoroughly. Thanks to their attention to details and listening to what exactly I wanted from them (they already knew and this wasn't their first rodeo), they saved me a lot of issues in the future. Their communication on both the phone and email was above par and they were easy to talk to. Very professional but also able to think outside the box (not follow a script) and definitely a nice change of pace vs other business' out there. Thanks Tom and Keith for your excellent work.
