Make sure you have about $400 ready to come out of pocket just for them to do a diagnostics and check your car to see what else maybe needed

I don't have your name in my system. Can you call me as I'd like to know more about your experience. This is not the norm. Sounds specific and you would be informed in advance. I've don't this for 16+ years as a visit owner and much longer as a tech. Most of my negative reviews come from negative experience due to poor extended warranties so I'd like to know more about your specific experience.
