I was getting a lot of noise in the front end of my 2014 Nissan Versa Note in October 2021. I found Milt’s and they did a full brake job and replaced the control arms on both sides. All the noise was gone and they had my car ready less than 24 hours after I had dropped it off (I had an appointment). They let me know that they warrantee their brake parts for 24,000 miles or 24 months. In March 2022, I started getting intermittent grinding noise when braking. I made an appointment and told them what was going on. Less than 24 hours after I dropped off my car, all the noise was gone and my total for service was $0. I thought the warrantee on the brake parts was cool, but totally expected to pay for labor. Not here! Totally surprised. Totally impressed.

This is the first time I’ve take my car here. My daughter took my car for me. They were able to address any concerns I had about my car. She said they were very friendly and professional. I even got a call letting me know I needed to replace my tires immediately, because they were unsafe. I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me anything I didn’t need, because I’m a woman. I had experiences like that the dealership. I hope to continue servicing my car here.
