I took my car over here and get fix, I have insurance pay for it, I only pay 100 deductible, but they make me pay 617,28 for it, I guess they charge full amount of insurance and I pay 617,28 so they can get money both ways, my battery only 2 months old from dealer, they told me need to change another battery, when the battery has 82 months left on warranty, they charge way over prices, other place about 5,500 for it, but my car already there, I’m not satisfied at all
Hi Vincent YOUR extended warranty would not pay for taxes, and freight for a factory transmission. So you paid the deductible, freight, and taxes they refused to pay. I can share the email or you can simply call your extended warranty. You're right, and I would be upset with my warranty provider as well. Most GOOD warranty companies pay for everything. As to the second point the transmission with tax is roughly $5000 for a Honda factory unit. No one reputable is doing it installed for the price you stated. You still need 9 hours of labor, and programming. Feel free to reach out if you need copies of the emails to squeeze your extended warranty for the additional money you feel you're owed.
