This was the first time I used them based upon reviews I read. I found them to be very professional through all phases of the job. They certainly fixed my problem and were good with progress updates. If you have a smart phone, take it to speed up check in and get updates. A definite plus was the final bill was $50 under estimate. For some reason they figured this 77 year old was a senior citizen and gave me a discount without asking. After a brief period of being offended, I handed him my credit card. After one trip, I highly recommend them.

Great outfit. This is my second visit to Milt’s and I am very pleased to report that they were professional, courteous, and honest. I love that they have accurately and promptly pinpointed my Volvo’s problem. I have dealt with 3 of their advisors, Jazz, Keith, and Adrien who were all extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions with detail and without delay. I can only assume that their mechanics are highly experienced because I was completely relieved when I picked up my car and found that each of the several issues were expertly repaired to my satisfaction as promised. The icing on the cake was the several hundred dollars I saved by not completing these repairs at one of the Volvo dealerships. It was well worth the drive from San Francisco to Milt’s in Vallejo to get my car repaired. They’ve earned my trust.
