I was very pleased with the on-time scheduling. The estimating process was clearly performed and gave me alternatives, in terms I could understand; I am a car nut, but not a nut and blot guy! I really appreciate the email updates I get with regard to recommended seasonal service as well as service that might get overlooked. This paves the way for affordable preventive maintenance.

Once again, these guys saved my bacon. I brought my 2001 Saturn in with front wheel bearings that were shot. Then, because the car is so old, the rusted spindle snapped in the press! I thought I would be shelling out for an additional 3 days for my rental car (it was a Friday, so I'd have to extend over the weekend). In the midst of my despair, Steve tracked down an outfit in American Canyon that happened to have a spindle for my model Saturn. Another garage would have left it until Monday, until their normal vendors were available. But they drove out to American Canyon, got the spindle, and had it all mounted and drivable by close of business. Again, can't sing the praises of these guys loud enough!
