Searched for a brake and light inspection shop online and found Milt's. They cost more than shops out of town, but having the inspection done locally was more important than saving $50.00 and driving to Concord or Walnut Creek.

I love entrusting my 2001 Mazda Protege to Milt's because the mechanics appreciate its non-electronic parts. Wobbled a bit after new brakes installed but the car is back in soon to replace original ball joints @ 137.5K miles.
